Run setup-x86_64any time you want to update or install a Cygwin package for 64-bit windows.
Any bugs with the installer should be reported on Github in the respective repositories ( railsinstaller-windows or railsinstaller-nix ).These new releases of Ruby address a security issue (CVE-2015-7551). If you don’t know what Dev Kit is, or if you’re using an earlier version of Nokogiri than 1.6.7, you should not try to follow this process, and should instead install a gem with precompiled DLLs using Option 1 above.
